Consumer Credit Counseling Services of Rochester (CCCSR) was a small, local, non-profit powerhouse with 40 years of successful debt management service under its belt. Their culture of excellence and passion for developing industry-leading programs, software, analytics and specialists helped them achieve above-average results, and inspired them to push further and serve more. Because their current operating identity (CCCS) was licensed and presented geographical restrictions for usage in markets outside the Rochester area, it quickly became clear that a new brand identity was needed to grow the company nationally. Forward was brought in at the very start of this realization.
