Web Developer/Programmer

We have an immediate opening for a Web Developer/Programmer working with a team of designers, writers and account service professionals to build web sites and content, email campaigns, mobile sites, iPhone/iPad/Android/BalckBerry apps and more. Must have proven experience and skills in programming and maintaining websites, web apps and web servers.
Requirements/Responsibilities:
- Programming with scripting languages (PHP, ASP.NET, XSL, HTML, CSS, DHTML, AJAX, XML)
- Supported by self-written scripts/programs in languages such as Perl, Python, Java, C#, VB.NET, VBS, SH
- Leverage technologies/concepts such as White-Hat SEO, SEM, CMS (Joolma, Wordpress, Drupal, etc)
- E-Commerce/Shopping Carts (osCommerce, ProductCart, etc)
- Web video (Flash-based), Software APIs, RSS, Blogs, Podcasts, Web 2.0, Online communities
- Research and develop optimal client solutions
- Design and build information architectures
- Design and build user interface
- Project management
- MySQL database layout and architecture
- Design, video editing, DVD production, CG Animation skills a plus
- User-site flow dynamics (function & design) to increase conversions

Web Project Manager
Forward is expanding and has an immediate opening for a Web Project Manager. You will work with a small team of designers, writers and account service professionals to build web sites and content, email campaigns, mobile sites, iPhone/iPad/Android/BlackBerry apps and more. Must have experience in technical project management, content management systems, as well as developing and maintaining websites, web apps and web servers.
Requirements/Responsibilities:
- Project management
- Coordinate and manage web project resources, including partners
- User requirements analysis
- Develop project technical specifications
- Develop site-specific information architecture
- Develop site wireframes
- Develop client search strategies and recommendations
- Develop client site reports using web analytics & analysis
- Develop recommendations for site changes using web analytics & analysis
- Keyword analysis and recommendations
- Experience in online consumer media, including Facebook, Twitter and YouTube, with success in online traffic acquisition marketing
- Experience in user-site flow dynamics (function & design) to increase conversions
- Working knowledge and experience with: web analytics & analysis, product development, A/B usability testing, e-commerce, Web 2.0, Social Networking, SMS/Mobile Web, HTML, CSS, SEO and SEM
Critical Core Competencies:
